SHIPPING

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

RETURN

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your ThinkPet products purchased directly from our shop, you have a generous 60 days from the day your package is delivered to request a free return. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are committed to making it right. RETURN PROCESS

Step 1: Contact us before returning an item, providing the reason for the return.

Step 2: We will verify the status of the return item with you.

To ensure a smooth acceptance and processing of your return, please ensure the items meet the following criteria:

  • Resalable: Free of scratches, stains, or damage that would prevent it from being sold as new.
  • Original Condition: Including all original packaging and tags.
  • Packaging and Components: All original packaging, boxes, bags, and accompanying components or accessories.
  • Sanitary Considerations: For items like bowls, ensure they are clean, dry, and suitable for resale for hygiene and safety reasons.

Step 3: Once confirmed, we will send you a link with instructions for shipping the item back to us. Please refer to these instructions when returning the item.

Step 4: Retain the shipping receipt and provide us with the new tracking number for the returned item.

Step 5: Refunds will be issued and credited back to the original payment method once the returned item is received and confirmed.

EXCHANGE

Exchanges involve two separate transactions. Follow the return instructions above for the item you wish to exchange. Then, place a new order for the desired item. If there is a price difference between the returned and new items, a full refund, including the difference, will be issued upon confirmation of the returned item.
